MACKENZIE-CHILDS, Aurora – The celebrated maker of hand-crafted tableware, home furnishings and accessories is located less than one mile from the Aurora Inn. Visitors can tour the Victorian Farmhouse, view artisans at work in the new Visitors Center, stroll through the gardens, or shop in the retail store.

VILLAGE MARKET, Aurora – Immediately adjacent to the Inn, this quaint market offers visitors
a selection of local and homemade products. Try our delectable pastries, hand cut meats, homemade
soups, "Market Meals" and more - all prepared fresh daily by the talented Aurora Inn chefs.
Featuring Gimme! Coffee from Ithaca, NY, fresh produce from Long Point Orchard and seasonal specialities from Grisamore Farm in Locke, NY. Stop in and see what new surprises are in store!

ANTIQUES – Start at Cleaveland’s Antiques just outside Aurora and go from there in search of wonderful antiques and other treasures.

JANE MORGAN’S LITTLE HOUSE has been a mainstay in the community for its selection of fine women’s apparel and accessories. Don't miss VINTAGE LIGHTING with its fascinating collection
of old lamps and lighting and SHAKELTON’S, an old-fashion village hardware store. DORIE’S
also offers a selection of gifts for young and old alike.

RESTAURANTS

FARGO BAR & GRILL Casual food and atmosphere are the calling card of this newly renovated restaurant and tavern, which is located directly across the street from the Aurora Inn. Take a turn

DORIE’S – This charming luncheonette and restored soda fountain offers homemade soups,
sandwiches, salads, fresh-baked breads, ice cream, pastries and desserts. A short walk from the inn, Dorie’s has a shady deck that overlooks the lake.

PUMPKIN HILL BISTRO – Just south of the village, Pumpkin Hill is a cozy restaurant in a
restored farmhouse serving comfort food with a twist. Open seasonally.
